2. Subscription & Billing

Payments are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Users are responsible for maintaining an active payment method.

3. Refund Policy

Because AkeCall provides a digital service, all charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Accidental double billing

  • Billing errors

  • Service downtime lasting more than 48 hours

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AkeCall for:

  • Fraud, scams, spam calls, or illegal activity

Violations may result in account termination.

5. AI Limitations

AkeCall uses advanced AI, but:

Call Recording & AI Disclosure

By using AkeCall, you acknowledge that:
